H.E. Mamadou Sangafowa-Coulibaly

Current Ivorian Minister of Mines, Oil and Energy, H.E. Sangafowa-Coulibaly is Vice President of the International Foundation for the Adaptation of African Agriculture to Climate Change (AAA).
H.E. Sangafowa-Coulibaly is a graduate of the Faculty of Science and Technology of the University of Abidjan and the Harvard Business School Executive Education.
Before joining the Ministry of Agriculture as Deputy Director of Cabinet in 2003, H.E. Sangafowa-Coulibaly created his own international trading company in 1992, specializing in the transport of goods and export of tropical products to North Africa and Europe.
