Mr. Lars Tormodsgard is part of the Corporate and M&A Group of SANDS. He has broad and extensive corporate and contract law experience, and acts on regular basis for listed and private companies, Norwegian and foreign, in connection with corporate transactions and general counselling, included commercial litigation and arbitration. In addition to his law degree, Lars Tormodsgard has a degree in economics from Norwegian School of Economics and Administration (NHH).
