Senior ESG Officer, Spear Capital

Ms. Brondwyn Douglas is the Senior ESG Officer at Spear Capital based in South Africa. Ms. Douglas has a passion for working with small to medium sized enterprises and building internal capacity to navigate the complexities of ESG in emerging markets, as well as making ESG relevant and applicable in the African context. Her principal focus over the last 18 years has been on sustainability strategy and associated ESG/Sustainability management systems development, implementation, reporting and performance management in line with internationally accepted standards and stakeholder requirements.
